I started as a Nordics Graduate in 2023, so my answer is not backed by a vast amount of experience, but to me it seems that Alstom offers great opportunities for personal and professional growth and development. In short, Alstom highlights opportunities within the company, but you have to apply and pursue them yourself. With corporate tools such as "My galaxy" and "Alstom University" you can explore opportunities and continuously keep learning.

In my opinion Alstom offers a great range of tools if you are interested in developing, including a minimum of 23 hours a year spent on personal development. I am for instance am using the sponsored language learning app to teach myself French.
