What's the most rewarding project you've worked on?

For me, the most rewarding project I've worked on has been the Alstom Talent Energy Program. This internship program has been going on in Spain for more than eleven year and this past year was the first that we have internalised the recruitment of the interns and the assesment process through the internship of each one of them. It has been difficult but it was very satisfactory.
