From Engineering studies to Group Audit and Project Finance.

After my engineering studies, I joined EY as external auditor for my first work experience, allowing me to discover different sectors of activities. After 5 years within this firm and domain, I knew I wanted to join a Long Term Contracts enterprise: Alstom was a perfect move to join as an Internal Auditor. Five years to discover all the processes from financial to operational ones, meet and discover more than 30 sites, all over the world! Now, it was time to join a challenging project, in a new country. Here am I now in Norway, as a Senior Finance Project Management.

I am the CFO of the project

As Finance Project Manager, I am like a CFO (Chief Finance Officer) of the project. As such, I have a full overview of the current operational activities, translated into the costs that I monitor on a daily basis. Involved also in the main decisions of the project, and interacting with every metier, this position is a perfect balance between my Engineering background and Finance background acquired over the past years.

Every day will be different from the past ones

On a challenging and difficult project, you will know that each day will be different. New topic, new challenge, new learning, ... That keeps me motivated ! And to go further, what about having a solid team spirit and network!! Alone you can go fast, but together we will go far further !

I was selected for the Talent Group edition 2022

At the end of December 2021, I was selected to participate in the Talent Group Edition 2022: this consisted in working on a defined topic with a group 6 people for 6 months, ending up into a presentation in front of Alstom top management. I met amazing co-team members and it was an exciting journey which ran during these 6 months. We didn't win the challenge, but we were very close to it!
