How did you get involved in your role?

Each step to feel integrated in a position is important. When I started at Alstom, I was quickly involved in my first missions while having the support of my colleague for the handover. Afterwards, I was able to get to grips with the different subjects while being able to call on someone else if necessary. As soon as the mastery of the position was acquired, additional subjects were entrusted to me in a progressive way in order to maintain a constant.
The fact of feeling that confidence is granted by the delegation of responsibilities allows to feel more federated.
