What achievement are you most proud of since you've joined?

Last year I have been selected together with another 14 colleagues to participate in a rotational learning sessions within other HR Departments: payroll, administrative, learning &development, data and tools. Is was a huge opportunity to create connections with my colleagues, to shadow activities, as well having a perspective of different HR departments within Alstom.
