Alstom offer a work experience programme. If this is what you are looking for then the best route is to approach the hr manager of the site that you are interesting in visiting and what it is your are interested in doing.

We offer work experience for the amount of days that you are interested in and are able to do. Normally it is no more than 1-2 weeks. Hope this helps.
