As a Finance Project Manager (FPM), I would say: Resilience, Rigor and Curiosity.
Indeed, when being the FPM of the Lead Unit of a project, you are usually part of the Project Management team, and thus being one of the key role when presenting and representing the project at Country, Cluster and Group level.
With a Finance position, rigor is a must to get accurate figures.
Finally, you need to be curious to understand the project and its specificities, notably to improve the financial situation by proposing concrete actions.
