What does a typical day look like to you?

A typical day for a Talent Manager at Alstom usually starts with a morning check-in, where I review emails and respond to any urgent messages. I often participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and our strategies for talent development.

Throughout the day, I dedicate time to planning and working on initiatives that promote continuous learning, engagement, wellbeing, diversity and inclusion, onboarding enhancements, and people development.

Engaging in diversity and inclusion activities is essential, working towards fostering a more equitable workplace. I often take time to network with external partners to stay updated on talent trends and best practices. At the end of the day, I prioritize tasks for the next day and check in with my team to ensure everything is on track. Overall, my focus is on aligning our talent strategies with ALSTOM’s goals and supporting the growth of our employees.
