How is this company different to your expectations before joining?

My major surprise when joining Alstom was to discover how much the rail industry is diverse in terms of challenges, technologies and job opportunities.

Alstom, as the world leader of this industry, is at the forefront of the innovation in this domain. The variety of solutions in the portfolio offers a wonderful combination of projects and activities.

To be transparent, I started at Alstom 32 years ago..., experienced a wide variety of positions and still is highly motivated by my current mission!
