Do you know any former Game Designers, or Game Devs in general, who are now employed as System Designers at Alstom? I've just shot my shot, so to speak, and I'm curious if there are any others who did the same.

Hey, Cezar! I don’t personally know any former Game Designers currently working as System Designers at Alstom, but given that we’re a company of engineers where digitalisation and innovation are key, it wouldn’t surprise me if there are some out there!
What I can share is that we have Instructional Designers in our Learning & Development team who create gamified e-learning experiences — a great example of how game design skills can transfer into impactful roles in other domains.
