We like to cherish and celebrate little successes that eventually contributes to achieve bigger milestones. Personally, I am aware of cross discipline/ team successes through monthly meetings held first Friday of the month, where we applause all the contributors and plan for some fun events to celebrate it. Could be anything starting from a sharing a cake in the common area to the fun team events organised outdoors followed by a nice dinner.
