Basically, Alstom highlighted the opportunities. Even after parental leave, my boss proposed a team lead position which was compatible with my new role as a mother. In my current position it was the same procedure. The job opportunity was given by the management and discussed how it could work for me.

It remains to be seen if this company chooses me for its work, then I have full capacity to leave no shortage.The essence of my past experience in this company I will take actions that will greatly benefit me and this company towards success and there will be much for me and others to learn from here.
