My advice would be to search our Career Page for open positions of interest, which involve tasks you love to perform and required competencies that match your strengths.
I'd give the same advice regardless of the age, as I'm personally happy to work in a company that truly understands how diversity (in all its beauty and magnitude, be it related to age, gender, culture, as well as expertise, personality or simply different perspectives and opinions) contributes massively to the success of teams and employees and therefore, the success of the business.
Hope this helps! :)

Thank you, Ana. My experience is that either I am not a culture fit or too experienced (usually more experienced that my would-be manager). There is a lot of subtle age-ism occuring but that is something HR would always say is not the case. There is always the cost: older employees cost the company more to hire due to increased pension contributions. Either way, the response is usually "we've found better candidates" or ghosting.
