I am responsible for the Integration and as a HR Business Partner

With Bombardier Transportation joining Alstom in 2021 the set up of one company became important. Integration is the definition of all employees to become "one Alstom". Today’s focus is on consolidating different locations, creating standart regulations with equal rights for all our employees in Switzerland. At the same time, a strong focus is on cultural development in sense of internal, but also external employer appearance laid. The role of the HR Business Partner shows me day to day what are the requirement of our employees.
