Life as a radio host was exciting with diverse guests, artists, events, and contests. I quickly realized that my strength was listening, not entertaining or talking. This led me to become a Study and Career Consultant, where I focused on people's dreams and goals by listening and asking questions to support them in achieving their aspirations. I have worked extensively with coaching and motivational conversations.
This led me to a company that matched job seekers with the job market, where I had the opportunity to work as a consulting manager in staffing and recruitment. I then took the next step to Alstom, where I work as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Here at Alstom, I support management and oversee the entire recruitment process. I also collaborate with various partners inside and outside the company to ensure we find candidates who may not yet realize that Alstom will be their employer tomorrow.
