I started my job experience in manufacturing company, in particular taking care of customer non-conformities in aluminium field. During these years I became Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and started to job as process engineer. After 2 years I was certified Black Belt as well. In 2021 I also joined the Young Talents Program that pushed in the direction of the digital topics. When I started I did not have a technical background in train field, but I was eager to learn and emphasize my transferable skills.

Working in team I can enrich my experience thanks my talented colleagues, I can learn through them, take something away and use it myself and disseminate quality culture with other people on the project.
Build your network end spend time to understand people behavior.
In my daily activities I encourage my colleagues to build a network in our team. Learning something about people that are in your professional network can help in creating strongest relations and a friendly job environment. You can start with active listening, make sure to spend time and have a chat with your colleagues regarding their issues, their hobbies, their life and about what they love to do. In this way you have chance to work in a team, where the communication is easy and you could be able to better understand people behaviour.
