One of my greatest achievements at Alstom has been my promotion from System Designer to Level Crossing Discipline Manager. This advancement reflects my dedication and hard work in the rail signalling industry. In my previous role, I discovered the intricacies of level crossing systems and the European Rail Traffic Management System (ERTMS). By gaining in-depth knowledge of these critical systems, I became the reference person within my team, providing guidance and expertise to my colleagues. My commitment to delivering innovative solutions and enhancing system reliability helped build a strong foundation for my career. As I transitioned to the responsibilities of a Discipline Manager, I embraced the challenge of overseeing the delivery of multiple projects while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. This position allowed me to further develop my leadership skills while collaborating with a talented team towards our objectives.
