Hi, I'm about to complete my degree in Engineering and computer science. However, it's the three year program and not the one with a master. Is it ok to still try and apply for it? I know it says that it is a requirement to have a master/about to be completed but I thought it wouldn't hurt to ask.

Hi, happy to hear you have an interest in joining Alstom! I'm not a part of recruitment, so maybe take this with a grain of salt, but I did not 100% fulfil the requirements in my job posting either. So I'd say there is no harm in applying! Try to focus on the things that make you a good fit for Alstom. Maybe your bachelor degree is catered towards the train industry in some way? Signalling, optimization, machine learning, etc. Maybe you have a hobby or extracurricular activity providing some desirable skill? Problem solving, communication, leadership, etc.?
