What training is provided for newly-hired graduates?

Each employee has own development plan defined by the line manager and HR department, based on skills assessment and his role (the actual role or the role you could take in the future). The process is applied to newly-hired graduates too, and reinforced by trainings on basic knowledge as Planning, Finance, Quality Management, Product design, etc.. Moreover, there is a large library of trainings where employees can choose on several topics like soft skills, technical studies, management skills, foreign languages, etc...

Newly hired graduates have a customized development program. This is composed of trainings, on the job learning and any other training needed based on a competency assessment.
