The most successful project I took part in is the standardisation of the process to analysis of impacted comfort subsystems during commercial service. The difficulties were to have information from the field that had to easily match with the technical analysis.
A visual method to share issue was successfully done. Currently the process is well defined and discussed on weekly basis with customer - satisfying his needs.
