What skills have you gained since you joined?

Each new position is an opportunity to acquire or improve skills both professionally (hard skill) and personally (soft skill).
On a technical level, I had the opportunity to learn about the Belgian legislation on labor law, which is similar to the French one on many points. I was also able to develop skills in the field of recruitment through the conduct of interviews but also through the use of a new tool such as LinkedIn Recruiter. Mobility is one of the new subjects that I had not yet dealt with during my previous experiences. Thus, I was able to discover the internal/external mobility process at Alstom while getting acquainted with a new management tool which is SucessFactor.
In the framework of my job, I have to accompany students, young graduates but also to train managers in the use of certain tools. This has allowed me to perfect my teaching skills. The desire to discover new subjects has allowed me to put forward another sof skill which is taking initiative and thanks to which I was able to become an Ambassador for Alstom for example. Finally, impassivity is one of the skills I acquired because in certain situations, it was necessary to keep my professionalism in order to carry out the task.
