Thank you for a great question. Like most companies Alstom has created it's set of values; the AIR values. Agile, Inclusive and Responsible.

Agile - For quick actions, anticipating, learning and adapting continuously.

Inclusive - For embracing differences.

Responsible - For staying responsible towards employees, customers and the society.

Now I cannot speak for all countries and sites, but at least here for the Quality department at Grorud (Oslo, Norway), I feel like we're embodying these values. We're constantly looking to improve the site, lately working to create our own digital dashboard. We're a small team, but no more than two stemming from the same country and working culture, forcing us to adapt our ways of working to suit everyone. Also being a small team responsibility is easily earned, promoting a good learning environment while still applying that little bit of pressure I think we all need :)
