I think the variety of the work you could be involved in....locations within the UK and internationally. The opportunities are limitless if you want them, also the various different fleets we work on - trams, over ground, underground, commuter, long distance, sleeper services. There is plenty to learn and develop. Alstom is always evolving through new work/bids and tenders...its a growing thriving business to be part of!
