You will have multiple opportunities to find your own way. I have been working at Alstom for more than 30 years and I am still able to grow my motivation through new challenges. Nowadays, we live in an environment that is constantly changing and we have to adapt ourselves to live in uncertainty. My main advice, is that you should not be afraid to accept challenges. Impostor syndrome and the fear of change often does not allow us to express our maximum potential and often keeps us from develop professionally as much as we would like. As we say in Spain, "you have to take the bull by the horns" to be able to move forward and be happy.
