What do you like about your job and the company?

My main motivation stems from a deep pride in contributing to environmentally friendly mobility solutions. In a world where sustainability is becoming increasingly critical, I wanted my day to day activity to be aligned with my values. For instance I am happy to work for S-Bahn (speed city train) project, that ease the mobility of the citizens and connect them.

Greatest achievements

Afer 6 month in my position, I am still learning and am sure that great achievement will occur soon.

As you embark on your career at Alstom, I encourage you to stay curious and embrace challenges. Curiosity drives innovation and learning, pushing you to explore new ideas, technologies, and methodologies. In an industry that is constantly evolving, asking questions and seeking knowledge will enhance your skills and keep you engaged. Don't hesitate to dive into projects outside your comfort zone; each experience will provide valuable lessons that contribute to your growth. Equally important is the mindset of embracing challenges. I've found that when I've been scared to stand out my opportunities become limited. When I've taken the leap I've gained wonderful experiences such as awards, black-tie dinners and opportunities to speak at events.
