What do you like about your job and the company?
Hydrogen train is a flagship project for our company and the leadership of such project means to face daily issues. The key factors are the innovation of the product with continuous evolution of the technology, a project team strictly focalized on project targets and the opportunity to work in international and complex context with several countries involved (EU and worldwide). On the other hand, daily project life could be stressful and sometimes frustrating due to difficulties to achieve conclusion.
Greatest achievements
As Commissioning manager, I spent several years to perform commissioning activities for trains fleet in abroad countries. In most of the cases, it was the first time for Alstom in such countries (Russia, Poland, China) for an high speed train.

Alstom's internal learning videos and courses are a good way to get an overview of a new topic, process or even a new language. In addition, a lot of new things are learned from experiences of other colleagues and during your own work - learning by doing!
