Hi,

My experience with the Nordics Graduate programme has been quite varied. Starting in September 2023, I have had four different rotations, lasting three months each. First in Installation, then Supply chain, followed by Engineering and finally in Quality. I think having an insight within all these positions will be greatly beneficial for my future here in Alstom.

With this in mind I can also mention that these rotations have been unique to me, so the other graduates have had a different rotations more catered to their background.
