For myself, i've found this heavily depends on your job role and line manager but as my work is heavily computer/office based i'm able to work from home 2/3 days which really helps with the flexibility of having a dog!

My work is only on the computer, so working from home is a good option. But I appreciate the contact with people in the office. But the opportunity to work from home probably gives us all a lot of freedom in terms of our personal needs.
