There are plenty of different tools which support your personal development. You can use LinkedIn & Coursera, CK Connect, Busuu (for learning foreign languages). Company provides a platform called Alstom University - tool where you can find huge number of trainings related to different aspects of railway industry as well as management, business, finance, project management etc. Trainings are available as offline presentations, online trainings or webinars. What's more - when you finish any training you earn points which you can donate to a non-profit association which is supported by Alstom.
