In Alstom there are various ways to support employees' career progression:
- There is a really sophisticated Performance Management system that offers regular performance reviews and feedback sessions. With that employees along with their managers identify their strengths and areas for improvement
- Alstom provides training & development programs, both internally and externally
- There is a formulated mentoring program, where you can learn from more experienced colleagues having different roles in the company
- There are internal job listings that are promoted within in order to give you the chance to apply for new positions
