The fact that I have to recruit technical profiles is one of the most challenging aspects of my job. Indeed, it is necessary to be able to apprehend a position which I am not familiar with, in order to direct my research in the right direction. Thus, it is important to highlight the right keywords in the description of the post from the beginning.
Also, technical profiles are more difficult to attract. Therefore, it is necessary to put forward arguments that would allow the candidate to project himself on the proposed position. This can be done through the salary package, the work environment or also the challenges of the position.
