How is this company different from your competitors?

That's a really good question. I'm my opinion (and as a digital solutions manager), one of the things that really makes Alstom different from the competitors is that the tools that we use are developed globally. For example, one of the local teams develop a tool to monitor the train status, but they create this tool according to their needs. After the tool is deployed, it is presented to the teams all over the world, these teams start using it and giving lot of inputs that the developers use as return of experience, then, they begin to adapt the tools to the needs and requirements of the users from different projects adding lot of new features that can be useful for everyone, user groups are created where people can exchange their ideas and perform brainstorming sessions, etc.

It's awesome to see that your ideas are useful for lots of people from other projects and countries, and that your opinion really counts for the improvement of the tools!
