One key word is coming to my mind: enriching!
With the 5 years within Internal Audit, I got a very good understanding of the way of working of all processes/departments/metiers together, which is helping me on my current daily work on a project even if I work on the finance side.
On personal side, I met a lot of people and developed a strong network. This helped me to move to another country for work, personal decision.
