What does a typical day look like to you?

A typical day begins with a daily meeting with my team, since we work using scrum methodology, this is an awesome way to know what every person of the team is working on and how are they progressing. For a manager it's really helpful because this way you can know where are the stoppers and where you should focus your efforts. After the daily meeting - it's coffee time! Highly necessary to create good vibes in the team and to make the bonds of the team stronger.

The rest of the day is mainly used for meetings, with other departments (when you want to deploy a device in a train a lot of different teams are involved!) and customers (we want to have them very involved in the developments, commissioning processes, etc. It is really important to be fully aligned)

I'm also very involved during the development process, I have to be sure that everything that we are currently doing match the requirements of the project and that we are doing it in time and with quality.
