Why does a company attract high-level expertise and not create its own to combine expertise with high loyalty?
Additional information
I want to work with the company from the beginning of my career until I become a leader. I want to understand everything about it so that I can work with dedication, precision, and awareness. I don't care about salary as much as I care about my career and standing out in an ambitious company.

Hello Slman,
Thanks for your question and for sharing your own motivation triggers in your professional life.
I believe a company shall be able to attract high level expertise and certainly create its own. Discovery, understanding, internal training are essential tools to gain motivation and loyalty.
At Alstom, we have created our own Alstom University. A huge catalog of trainings are available to all in classroom and / or digital format. It goes from company discovery videos or 3D content to very accurate and detailed trainings on Alstom technologies and products.
Multiple career evolutions paths are possible internally thanks to the diversity of jobs and positions. The evolution can be managerial or technical.
I started my career at Alstom 32 years ago and felt extremely motivated all along the journey! I believe this is loyalty! 🙂
