Hello there. Thank you for your question. I have some lessons during my professional career, and I think from time to time is important to reflect in a conscious manner: and one of them to answer your question, is always be open to learn from any situation especially a negative one.

Maybe you've received a negative feedback after you tried hard and you think its not fair or maybe you had a failure, think that gives you the opportunity to take you out of your comfort zone, and even teaches you about your limits and others perspective that expands your understanding about you, others and the world in general.
